what is to be a webmaster in Turkey?

If you do smtg successful you are at more risk. You can have cencures for example youtube.com and thosands or more. You pay 5 times expensive internet than any other european country. You have always limits to obey.

You can go jail only by some body (not you) write some bad words on your site.
Somebody take a screenshot of it and you got jailed. If you getting more successful you deserve higher supress. What is to be webmaster? You speak only slow and not against any thing the cartels. The best webmaster is a silent webmaster, shortly.

turkey is very difficult in that we are aware of being a webmaster .. w-s not?

Diffuculties will not stop us in anyway but we need to be aware of we have not fair deal with some other countries webmasters. I take a look the matter from global vision.

running away from diffuculties is not the solution.. if u want something u should work to deserve it. nothing is free in life
